Fran and his wife have lived in Northfield since 2005. The Board of Selectmen unanimously appointed him as Litchfield’s Treasurer in May 2017. He has been a member of the Town’s Pension Commission since 2009 and Capital Improvements Committee since 2016.

Fran is a Principal and Chief Compliance Officer with an independent investment firm, is a Certified Financial Planner, and has over 30 years of financial work experience including the municipal finance department of a major bank in Hartford.  He is a graduate of Quinnipiac College with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance.

Lisa Losee

Lisa is a 3rd generation Litchfield native who has two daughters and a grandchild.

She has been the Town Clerk since 2008, she brought technology into the office, and is charged with overseeing legal filings and maintenance of property and vital records.

She is very service oriented and welcoming, especially with newcomers who often make her office their first stop. You know her as the friendly and efficient person you speak with when you need town assistance. She takes the accuracy, security, and historic value of our town records very seriously. She also prides herself on the sensitivity and non-partisanship of our town business. She is a Notary Public, served on the State Vault Regulations Commission, the Town Hall Building Committee, the Litchfield Town Facilities Committee, and is the Secretary of Litchfield’s 300th Anniversary Executive Committee.


Nancy Southard

Nancy has lived in Litchfield for nearly 40 years, raising her two sons here. They also live in Northfield with their wives and Nancy’s 5 grandchildren, all of whom attend Litchfield schools.

She worked for The First National Bank of Litchfield for nine years, prior to being elected as Tax Collector, an office she has held for 28 years. You all know her as a professional who expertly helps you with your tax issues.


Steve Ardussi

Steve has lived in Litchfield for more than 30 years, he and his wife having raised their two sons here.

Steve was educated at Princeton and Harvard. He served in the Navy in Vietnam and is now the Chair of the Litchfield Veterans’ Advisory Committee. He also is a town Justice of the Peace, and current member of the Board of Assessment Appeals. He is a licensed insurance broker focusing on helping individuals, families and seniors find health insurance and other personal benefits that are affordable and offer attractive benefits.  

“I am seeking re-election to the Board to continue the mission of hearing property assessment appeals of Litchfield property owners and, when possible, offering relief based on appropriate evidence. We have acted in a non-partisan fashion and I will continue that practice in the future."
